Goal-Oriented Requirements Engineering for Machine Learning

First, for each Insight element from the Business View model, specify an Analytics Goal at the highest level of the Analytics Design View model

To perform this step, you can start by asking the following to guide you: “what kind of analytics (descriptive, predictive, or prescriptive) would be appropriate to generate the Insight element under consideration?”

Decompose Analytics Goals into more specific lower-level goals depending on the nature and shape of the available data on one hand, and nature of the problem on the other hand.
